Gostei bastante .Só a função da Serra circular que aconselho parafusar na mesa também .pq é muito perigosa se chegar a sair do encaixe que foi rebaixado é acidente na certa

Like the unit, well thought out idea. My only questions are: 1. How straight is the cut when lined up with the fence? 2. Would a finger sized hole in each board make it easier to remove than gripping the Saw Blade? 3. Have you considered adapting it to accept a dust removal vacuum system? Brilliant idea you have designed and solves many problems. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Yes, a hole in each attachment is recommended, I also would love to see a 45-degree angle to the saw blade. your points are valid and make this unit a level up.

Sir, could you please tell me what are the Routers used for... I see different types of Routers there in the market.. Is it that different types of Routers are required for different jobs... Please let me know. T&R-Antony.
@jellyg.8961
@jellyg.8961 4 жыл бұрын
@@JA-xw9uf for this type of application, where the router will be part of the table and can be removed, it's best if you go with trim router, not a fixed base router or a plunge one. Those last two are too bulky and need to be disassembled from their bases to install them on this plate.
@allimco419
@allimco419 3 жыл бұрын
@@jellyg.8961 You're not quite right. I have been using this system of interchangeable mounting plates for several years. As a router I use B..ch POF 1400 ACE or spindle K..ss 1050 FME. The only difference is that my mounting plate is 15mm thick waterproof plywood. All mounted machines (top milling machine, circular saw, jigsaw and plunge milling machine) work perfectly and without the slightest problem. Replacement is very quick and convenient. It is very important to have the upper poles of the mounting plates at the same height after insertion into the table. For fine tuning, I use rectifying screws located in each lane of the replacement plate. It's super! What the gentleman is showing here is a wonderful affair for all those who work with wood as a hobby and do not want to waste big money on machines that they will not even use to the fullest - let the professionals keep them. This is enough for us for hobby use. Your comment is probably based on a misunderstanding of the described issue.

nicely done i’ve made many similar tools minus the removable inser to switch out the tool i usually made one on every job i had to install Millworker on for cutting small parts on mostly scribe strips to match the existing conditions on a job site to give a more professional installation on custom Woodwork my shop built i usually held the power tool in place using metal mending plates or straps i carried in my hardware supply box from job to job that allowed me to not have to use existing holes or drill more into my tools overall it worked for me as a rule i was assigned to 25 or30 job sites a month to install my little bench or table tools only needed to perform for that particular job i made it for many times they were discarded after their use was done of course without the tools attached

I can say that u are a very good skilled person or a like a professional people. The way u were working with great accuracy. I salute u for that. The only thing that u showing on web page for all different kind of attachment u are hiding all the measurement n sizes, so even if I want to make like that u need the measurement. So cannot make it my self. So what way u are trying to help your followers . That's a big question mark. Your ideas are all great n practical for yourself. So how u are helping your followers they so can benefits otherwise it's useless n only very skilled person who has a big work shop with all the tools can get an idea n he will understand n make use of if but the beginners do have that benefits. He will attempt to try n try till u succeed. I love your idea of your 3 In one work table of router, jig n saw machine. It looks to that I can give an attempt to make but it will a lot of correction to do as in this table all the attachment are separate n the table is one but the gliding part will need attention to function properly . Thanks alot for your great displays.
