im sure you can, but probably wont get as much of protein. Almonds are nuts, and like peanut butter, almond button has a lot of protein. So these are actual breakfast bars that should keep you going and not hungry

Mariah Reyes well I microwave a lot of stuff, time ranging from just 30 sec till 10+ minutes. I can feel that it's hot when it's around 10-15 mins, 30 mins I couldn't feel anything lmao😂 maybe some people are more prone to heat than others i guess
