TODAY'S RECIPE IS 3 ingredient Mango Jam Recipe | Homemade Mango Jam | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
3 ingredient mango jam
Mango 1/2 kilo
Blend
Sugar 1 cup
Mix well
Bring it to boil
Cook on medium flame
Use lid for avoid boiling plup
Stir between every 2 mins
Cooking time approx. 20-25 mins
Turn darker & thicker
Its holding shape & line will not mix together
Jam is ready
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cook for 2 mins
For storing
Boil the jar for 2 mins
Wipe up
You can store it in the fridge for 3 months
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

It's indeed a very simple recipe. I will do it soon. We have enough ripe Mangoes in our house. Just make mango puree in a blender, add 1cup sugar + lime juice as required. Stir well till it thickens well. Add some lime juice stir for another 2 minutes. Store the jam in a clean jar dipped in boiling water. Fantastic recipe. I can make this yummy jam for my grandchildren. They will like it very much. Yummy and mouth watering jam....
