I just gotta comment again on how GREAT these cookies are!!!❤❤❤ They were a total hit w/ my family and friends after Christmas dinner. I made 3 batches and stored a few at home. Thankyou also for that Temu ad. I've been wondering about the quality as the prices are SO inexpensive. You answered that for me. I shall have to give them a try. Also, I do NOT like sugar cookies but LOVE the butter or shortbread . Oddly, you can buy refrigerated chocolate chip, sugar, and other packaged cookies in the store, you know, break apart and bake or slice and bake. But NEVER have I ever found butter or shortbread cookies either refrigerated or in the frozen section. I can see them in the fridge section where you would unpackage, roll cut and freeze just before baking. So convenient. BUT THEY DONT!😠 SO, why is that?? Thanks!❤

Oh, Emma! I've just ordered some fancy cookie cutters from Amazon and was looking for a recipe to try them out. These tips all work very well. The only thing I do differently is have powdered sugar and a small sieve next to me to dust the counter and my rolling pin. Drives me nuts to deal with the paper. As long as you work in small batches of dough so as to always have it cold you can transfer cookie from counter to tray with an offset spatula no problem. Happy baking everyone. 👩🏻‍🍳🎄☃️
