I’m trying to float a couple of chairs and tables just a few pixels up with the loft because of the curved wall partition but for the life of me I can’t get them to stay and the chairs won’t even go up with the table any idea why?

there is a minimum float distance which is different for everything, and if you don't float it above that distance it will not stay floating.

Quick Question do you know if these work with FC houses, joined one and we were doing a loft section but it was raising only for the person doing it and not everyone

OMG.. I have been playing for 6 years and just NOW found out the stage panel can be bought for only 4k at store. On my server MB it goes for 23K!!!!!

All of this can be done with Burning The House Down plugin. Of course, if you are a purist then you can just do glitching, but it's just a pain in the ass. I honestly don't know why the devs can't makes house editing more easy. It's such a janky system if you don't use plugins. And even with plugins, IT'S STILL JANKY!

Yea could be done with mods, but I dont use mods personally so just wanted to show how to do it without third party tools. Not too difficult once you get the hang of it :D

can't for the life of me get the storage glitch to work. i have the item in storage, i click on it, click place, and it disappears

You have to place it from storage, like from the menu and hit place. You cant move it at all or click on it.
