Definition:

It includes self-reflection, self-talk, and the internal processing of thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Importance of Intrapersonal Communication:
Self-Awareness: Intrapersonal communication enhances self-awareness by allowing individuals to reflect on their thoughts, emotions, and values.
Decision-Making: It plays a crucial role in decision-making processes as individuals weigh opinions, assess consequences, and consider personal values.
Emotional Regulation: Intrapersonal communication helps in understanding and managing emotions, fostering emotional intelligence and resilience.
