Pretty sure I’m rotated to one side as my right periformes is pretty much permanently in spasm! Has been on and off for years. Which side should I be releasing?!

How many times can or should we do these exercises each day and how many times a week?

I recommend once or twice a day, daily. Everyone is different though. I've seen people do these once or twice and hold on to the changes at the same time most will need more.

Dude I just learned that I can't stand up if I'm looking down. Get at me dawg. I'm going to watch this over and over . Yes ADHD. And get back. I walk and stand all day looking at a data collector surveying walking on uneven ground looking out for snakes and trying not to step in holes😢 must try😅
