I love the validation of feelings in this segment. The therapist was extremely good and Tracy sharing with us her story felt real. I do however wish it was more titled towards parenting rage vs moms only. We’re a same sex household with children. I recognize those emotions Tracy shared . ❤

Thank you for this great discussion! I can so relate. I am perimenopausal with a 15 year old. I am usually the calm, reasonable, never yell etc. Oh boy, some days, I pray to get through this stage.

Parenting has changed these days to where you actually have to show up to be a real parent. That’s new.
