The name of the murderer is Victor Siharath, 36, of Pomona; he was drunk, ran a red light, killed three innocent women, injured two others seriously and was arrested for Felony DUI. I lost my sister to a drunk driver while her and her friend were crossing the street. He only served 5 yrs of a 11 1/2 sentence and the judge had the gall to say “I hope this is a lesson that this will not be tolerated “, What a Joke! ( this happened 3 weeks after she was told she was finally Cancer Free, I buried her on the day we were going to celebrate her good news . My sincere condolences to the family of the victims. I have no tolerance for drunk drivers!

While working ER I saw more than my share of MVAs caused by drunk drivers. The majority of the time the drunk driver wasn’t seriously injured, but people in the other vehicle(s) were injured, or worse. In some cases there were passengers in the guilty persons car, and they were not always free from injuries.

Yesenia Olaez, 33, her sister-in-law Alejandra Olaez, 33, and the car’s driver, Lorena Morales, died in the violent crash when a 36-year-old man, ran a red light and crashed his SUV into the women’s sedan at an intersection in Pomona, Cali. Police identified 36-year-old Victor Siharath as the lone occupant of the SUV. “Officers made contact with Siharath on-scene and determined he was driving while impaired,” the incident report read.
