Thanks for the vid! Weird timing as I just ordered my first DD knife 2 hrs before you uploaded this vid. I got the same model of the Anzu xl that you reviewed. Im very excited. I wanted one of these knives for years but they were either out of stock in canada or i was too broke to buy another knife. I actually was shopping for something cheap to learn sharpening on but when i saw this i couldnt resist. Late bday present to myself. Thanks to blades canada 🤙
