So for those wondering why would anybody want to live in a serviced apartment, these are sometimes used by corporates - e.g. consulting firms (BCG, McKinsey). Pre-pandemic, consultants use to spend a lot of time travelling to & from base locations to client locations. These firms have deals with 5-star hotels & get very good rates, but this type of a serviced apartment is almost 10 times cheaper for the same duration of stay. Instead of individually providing rooms, a team of project leader, associate & analyst could each take a room & have the full house to themselves & since they need to take almost every couple of days, the location is perfect.

It's a serviced apartment so I guess that's why the price is high. I guess it's not bad for an expat or a wealthy guy who is staying in Delhi only for a brief period of time

Maximizing Space with an Open Floor Plan. You have an island which serves as a dining table as well as cooking & entertainment space. The only issue specific to India is the kind of cooking habits (Masala etc ) and always a chance of Oil splash which is non existent or less probable here in the US.
