Better to check our newer L-Bracket Ellie, which has more compatibility with the Sony cameras.

Cool, but how do you quickly change battery with that thing on?

It's a universal bracket so would depend on the location of your battery door. If it's on the bottom, simply loosen the screw on the bottom, rotate to one side, change battery, and tighten back in place.
