Integrity must be cultivated. For that you, also, need someone to reward it by genuine praise and to appropriately support the person when he/she fails (everybody does at least once in their life).

I'm a Language Arts teacher (long term sub, just got to this class 2 weeks ago) and my young scholars take their SOLs next week. They know their ability to move on to the next grade depends on if they pass their SOL. So what are we going to do after that? Bc if they pass their SOL they graduate to the next grade. If they don't, it's out of my hands aka summer school. I am going to teach them a word of the day. And the first day the word will be "integrity". It is the most important character trait for one to have. I will show this short video, followed by discussion and a QuickWrite. Self-reflection is important. As an adult, it's everything.

Integrety is about knowing ones self. The devil... knows hes not good. But that is his integrety. He cant be what hes not.

If a tree falls in the woods, and nobody was there to hear it, did it happen? Integrity is doing the right thing when nobody is watching. Hmm...

That's EXACTLY not what integrity is.

@@leonardwass8392 the only person who knows that you have integrity is you. And/or God. Anything else is virtue signaling.
