Have you ever watched a movie and walked away feeling like it just dropped some profound life lessons on you? That’s exactly what happened when I watched Mufasa: The Lion King. In this video, I’m sharing three powerful lessons that this incredible story taught me about life: the power of change, how our environment shapes us, and the difference between trusting your gut and following your intuition.
From Scar’s unexpected backstory to Mufasa’s journey of courage and wisdom, I'm diving deep into the moments that hit home.
✨ Warning: This video contains spoilers for Mufasa: The Lion King, so watch at your own risk!
Let’s explore these lessons together and see how they apply not just to the characters, but to our own lives. Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more reflections like this!

There were also hints during the song Always wanted a brother where Scar sang about creatures being beneath him but Mufasa said he may look down on us but they are free and see more. But Scar said Ok its getting old, meaning he dismissed Mufasa's outlook, this may have been childish ignorance but they grew up singing the same song unchanged, and Mufasa just went with it because Scar is the king. It is really sad because this would have been different if Scar humbled himself and saw there was more to life than just being king.

Yes, I noticed that in the song too when Mufasa was talking about the birds. I feel like the idea of being king as dominance and control was ingrained in Scar from a young age, so Mufasa’s perspective didn’t align with his understanding at all lol. It was likely too much for him to grasp as a cub, leading him to dismiss it and equate kingship with arrogance instead. I think Scar would of have a different mindset too if he spent more time learning from his mother than father. She was more humble and intune.
