3. Making Chinese Style Boiled Rice

i used to do my rice in more or less the same way. I use jasmine rice as I like the stickiness and last year i invested in a small rice cooker and it works great for me.

@sharonwilcox8427 I was at one point going to invest in a steam cooker but i realised it would end up staying in the cupboard lol, however since I will be buying a narrowboat I don't think I would have the room for it, I love jasmine rice too, however I only have it when I do Thai green curries.
