The T21 food court is cheap due to rental not being charged by the company to the food sellers. The deal being they keep their prices low. Cheap prices encourage more potential shoppers for the other retailers in the mall who get charged a pretty penny. Same at T21 in Pattaya and probably any other T21 locations.

You can hang out or exercise at Benjakitti Park, a large public park with a lake and wetlands. The Food Court at the adjacent Queen Sirikit National Convention Center is delicious and inexpensive.by It's not that long of a walk from Terminal 21 mall. 😊🤗

Prefer T21 to Thai street food. Just as cheap and no flies or dust. Also, a lot of Thai street food has no place to sit. It's just takeaway. Recommend Lava Asian Fire Grill. They have wagyu and black angus beef.

Terminal 21 mall, the owner of the mall is also the owner of land and House bank. His philosophy is that he wants the Food Court to be a point of attraction for customers, to be a prominent feature that draws people into the mall. Therefore, they do not collect rent from restaurants in Food Court. Therefore making it inexpensive The price is about the same as street food. 😊
