Less than 2m?? That job was pre-setup. From beginning to end it cant be less than 30m setup. That includes die station, rd scorer blades and waists stripping.

So fast, i did not even see him pour the ink into the pans. Poof, it was just there. Nor did i see him dial in the register. Super efficient! 🤣🤣 I used to run a Mark Andy P7 that we converted to run water based ink. I did enjoy their setups and interface. Thanks for this.

cmyk is easy, more realistic presentations would be at least 5 or 6 pantones with all of them dE

@@salemas5 upon 2nd veiwing, I saw they preloaded the pans. 🤦‍♂️ We could never do that with waterbased inks. Smh. Managment decision above my paygrade. We were fully capable of running UV in the facility.

After finsh job and remove ink and put new ink than check time

i run one of there mark andy flexograph machines and atm with the thickness of the ink we have to run it at 400 FPM we use to run it at 700 FPM
