You will now have to weather that class 56 like your class 31 shown on your display. Excellent looking model.

"Why you'd want anything other than a blue liveried one beats me." "I have no wagons that it can legitimately pull." (56023 in coal sector livery skulks past with a short rake of MGRs!!! "Am I a joke to you! ") 😂😂😂 Funny... Lovely units. Well done Cavalex.

Love the '56 Nige. Growing up at Kirkby in Ashfield I can remember these in the night - slipping almost to a stand on Kirkby Summit with an MGR trainload of coal for the Trent Valley power stations. It was even better in summer of course when my bedroom window was open. They did get "over the top" - eventually but not without a good fifteen minutes of effort (and considerable driving skill I presume). Of course, they were blue - it was 1979 😊

Really liked driving them although didn't get them on mega big trainloads. Better than a 66 in most aspects

THE best sound file I’ve heard, a beautiful model indeed. Loads of HAAs on eBay Nigel! All the best, safe travels Darren

Modelu do crew figures mounted in the seats for the Cavalex Class 56. I've just bought a couple of the later sectorisation & EWS liveried 56's.

Good evening Mr train man. Great looking model especially an early version built in Romania 🇷🇴 that I remember having a lot of electrical problems 😮 Not my era except for the BR blue colour scheme 🤣 I model late 60s until the end of steam 👍🏻 Take care until the next fantastic video 😊

Looks a lovely model. For a basher like me, a fabulous opportunity to scavenge the remains: If anybody has a Hornby body shell they want rid of… can I have it? 😅😅

Hornby 31's in my direction please 😜

I wonder if the manufacturers attention to detail will include the side windows falling out in 3 months time?

That looks excellent Nigel. To modern for me unfortunately. Shame there isnt a way of recreating the anger of realising your new uniform is covered in oil after using the distributor air release down A bank😂 When we got t1he new corporate collection uniform mine had oil and crap on it within 20 min of signing on because of a Romanian 56. They were the worst of the bunch . 56s in general probably the best loco ive ever worked with. Not sure why fans are independent im sure the both spin at same speed

Super strong 47! Yes got to be one of the best diesels I've worked on. Only got drive them in they're last years of EWS. Had a few low numbered ones with no problems, although they'd have been through works normalising them by then. Blew the cylinder head off one near Biggleswade 😂😂

@@Wallsrail 😆👍 worst thing about Romanian one were the heaters and brake selector and air release in stupid places, then I think the first 2 or 3 Doncaster ones had them on floor of clean air compartment

Anybody tried fitting a txs sound decoder yet?

How long before they make a Class 69 variant?

Wouldn't be surprised if it was already in development 🤔

Bachmann are doing it?

Nice, but crazy money...
@Wallsrail5 ай бұрын
For the level of detail I think its quite reasonable compared to anything produced by Hornby or Bachmann!
@class665 ай бұрын
Cheaper than hornby and bachmann and more features, so they are priced fairly to be honest.

I think Hornby and Bachmann are too expensive so such a comparison i doesn't cut it for me...@@class66
