That’s a negative affirmation in addition to being to resistance . One forgives not to change others but to change oneself ( responsibility = response + able) Everyone teaches us a lesson . The best advice. Always, Focus on YOU not the other. When we heal, our surroundings change and we will lose alot of people. This is normal because the old energy is clearing out. The way this technique was used by the psychiatrist in the original story of this technique where he healed all the mentally ill patients was that he directed these words towards himself not the other or the Divine. So he would chant the name of the mentally ill patient in the ward and chanting it would give him an uncomfortable sensation in his body for eg the pit of stomach., he would then direct Hopono’pono to that uncomfortable sensation within him and chant until he could feel relief from that.. that’s how he got results.. that’s how I hv hot results from this chanting .. think about that situation or person that’s hurt to , and it will create a sort of dull pain in your heart for eg and then direct the Hopono’pono there.. until you feel relief .. So you are saying I am sorry , I love you , I forgive you and I thank you ,to this part of you that is in pain; that’s what heals this part of you and once you heal your situation outside has to heal or at least it doesn’t bother you as much.

After listening to this i feel more confident that I'm chanting and processing it in the correct and most respectful way possible. It is hard to not look for the results in a testing kind of matter, but i guess if you start to focus on that you won't understand why it didn't stick when this is a process. I have interest in many philosophies and religions and this reminds me very much of the Christian concept of redemption. In my perspective, God shows up when you soften your heart and truly try to fix yourself. ❤

Its a truth.. A few days before i had experienced severe pain in mind.. One of my acquaintance suggested mi this.. From one sunday night to Wednesday night i suffered pain..
