73 cpm is good but 42 cpm sucks. I'd leave too if they were not transparent on cpm.

So I think the pay depends on what account you are on but tbh I’m not sure exactly how they do it. It’s very confusing and I think they purposely want it to be that way.

I’m at Werner on dolla tree, it’s sweaty work and it’s below zero they want me outside in that. I did a light load in 30 degrees at 5 am then did 1k boxes in below zero. The dolla tree workers be slow so sweat gets cold . Good side was I’m home at most 3 days out. Plus terminal was 40 mins from my home. I be by myself so that’s fun. And I have alot of exercise. I like it cause I don’t have to drive for hours I’m regional be like less than 4 hrs driving usually 1hr 20mins 2n 1/2 average plus the trailer pay makes up for all that driving. So am I gonna go out there tonight in this below zero weather at 5 am ? (Mind you I have to be there at 5) . Ion see no winners in trucking but at least I’m working out and don’t drive straight hours . But I be lifting boxes from 5am to 5pm damn near wtfffff
