The company you work for is throwing you under the bus and that should tell you something. I leased with prime a while back and someone in there dac me once but I was told by someone I was close with in there and the person told me to threaten a lawsuit and so I did and they called me back saying it was a mistake.. Never had that issue again. Not saying you should do this but I'm not saying you shouldn't either.. The trucking industry will always be dirty by default, you have to look out for yourself at the end of the day.

lol - if you can’t find a job as a truck driver because of a dac report - then something is wrong with you. Sure, if you want to work for a mega company for minimum wage sure. It’s a joke sir. I can literally walk off one truck and onto another in less than 5mins. Bro they are hiring people with past dui convictions and you are worried about a dac report.

I got offered multiple jobs, just wanted to help people that didn’t even know about DAC reports so that they can prevent any BS from happening to them.
