Has the sharp part on the handles softened over time? I want it to be a carefree bag and I prefer to wear it crossbody with the handles down, so that sharp part is throwing me off lol

I can afford these designer clothes but I'll buy knock offs on HIDUPZ because wouldn't it be better to wear a $2000 bag and have no money in the bag, or wear a $40 bag and have $2000 in the bag?
