Thank you so much. It's hard to find info on shoulder pain. Mine is chemo induced and seems to confuse even my doctors so I need any info I can get on making it lessen without more pain medication.

I have extreme pain in my left shoulder where the humerus connects, pain radiates down my left arm to the UCL it also is super tender on my left trap by the shoulder. I’ve been getting weird pounding headaches a few times a day like blood flow is struggling coming from that arm being the headache isn’t bilateral. I have an MRI in January but I’m thinking I torn rotator cuff possibly.

Your head really has nothing to do with it. You're essentially just drawing big figure 8s with your elbows. Pick an elbow and make a big figure 8 with it. The other elbow will also be making one because of the placement of your hands. I ended up switching and doing another set using the opposite elbow to lead with just in case it was making anything off balance. 🤷🏼♀️ Of course you need to follow Dr Rowe's instructions for how to set your body up. And I'm sure if I have this wrong, he'll correct me!
