I think Rose d'Amalfi sounds lovely, but it sounds really light. In US dollars, I'm not sure it's worth the price. I'd rather get a backup of Noir de Noir, which has better performance.

Just received Rose D'Amalfi from Sephora. Gourmand. Very, powdery. Like a powder sugared almond macaron if that makes sense. I really like it!

They all sound lovely, but just like you, I think I would enjoy Rose de Russie the most because it sounds the most complex and has the most depth. Rose fragrances are lovely, one of my favourites so far is Moschino Toy Boy. the russie one also interests me the most. however it smelled very grassy and wildly on my skin. I don’t get much leather but very very green like Penhaligon’s Bluebell.

Are you getting any Rose Moss from Rose de Chine? In many parts of China fresh Rose Moss is a summer sign, traditionally also used as a hair decoration. Dry Rose Moss as a medical herb is used all over China and also being exported. Rose with the earthiness pf moss, that would be like rosy Amouage.

Hi Robin, another great video, I tried these on in Selfridge’s yesterday, and longevity is absolutely appalling, two hours at the most, I have 11 other Tom Fords, these will not be added as they just don’t last on the skin. Which is a shame as they do smell great.

1-Hey Robin love your stuff, iv been looking at getting a rose fragrance myself and it seems like you're a big fan of the note. Which one would you say is your favorite (overall not just TF)? 2 you would reccomend me trying (i'm a man) 2- This might seem silly or perhaps not my business, but just be careful with that candle on the right which from the camera's angle seems a little too close to the plant! 3-Also love your shirt, where did you get it! I checked them out at the local Tom Ford and... well, the only one I really liked is Rose de Russie. It's like layering Tom Ford Noir Anthracite with Amouage Lyric Man. I have both of those, and I have to admit that I like the combo layering better. It lasts longer than Rose de Russie.

I liked your video review although if to be honest I'm not a fan of Tom Ford's perfumes. I love the smell of the rose but mixed with other elements and not dominant and wear a perfume and smelling like a garden. Could you please in one of your future perfume reviews present new or even older release perfumes(from not popular or niche labels) that have rose element but are masculine?
