Great spells. I like spells that allow the caster to change the shape of the terrain, rather than do damage. That said, I think it would just be too fun to let launch be cast on enemies and objects.

I have a PC in my game whose whole theme is luck and being lucky. This idea of rolling to redetermine the target for one round is absolutely something I'm going to work in for him as a milestone ability!

AWESOME VIDEO. Thanks. To be honest, I don't really like the ME spell list so much. I also prefer leveled spells to create a baseline of spell energy cost (in my games we use "spell energy", or mana, etc.)

Blockade : If blockade blocks what I want, I'd block enemies with bees, poison, lava, anything that can hurt them while I'm safe on the other side. Launch : Every game need options like this one.

... If I introduce these spells to my game I **GUARANTEE** the first thing I'm gonna hear is: "Can I use LAUNCH on an enemy?"

I left that out because there was a lot of wiggle room with details and what made sense when we were talking about it in the Kiln. Really just came down to whatever works for the table haha. Maybe make it a HARD roll for enemies of similar size to the caster?

Looked more like a list of combat spells too me 1st) I would use Cross Fingers to lower the target number 2nd) I would use Launch to fling my enemy into a wall 3Rd) I would use Blockade to squeeze the enemy between the Block and the wall or drop the block on him
