The Jazz Rivet is my go-to amp. Yes, it is great with pedals, but one other big advantage of this amp is the very low DSP usage. This is really important with my Stomp XL.

Hi Jason, greetings from Perth West Australia….love your work btw…i know you check your presets on multiple types of outputs, Powercab included. My question is does you Powercab setup remain static, and you adjust presets to suit, or do you use different powercab settings for different patches? If it is static can you share your powercab settings, or are your powercab settings included in the helix patch for somebody using line 6 link to take advantage of? I have always struggled to get the best sound out of my powercab alas…

Hey Tony, thanks so much for the kind words. I actually always use my PowerCab on FRFR mode and pretty much leave it alone. I wish I had a more exciting answer 😀

No problem at all! I set my my Helix with the big volume knob on full so that my presets measure in the ballpark of -15 LUFS. From there I use the volume knob on my PowerCab to set whatever volume level I need. Hope that helps :-)

hi! i hv one question bout hx stomp, what if i have one amp block, one IR block, and a stereo reverb after them. will it count as stereo or mono in the signal chain? thankyou!

it will be mono until it hits the stereo reverb! make sure to only use stereo blocks after the reverb to maintain the stereo signal.
