I love living in Mechanicsville. We are the northern point of the county do were closest to DC but still get all the benefits of living in St Mary's County!

@@LivinginSouthernMaryland thanks. I’ve been binge watching all your videos and getting a great deal of info from them. We’re very specific on the builder (QBHI) and type of home (single family) we want. Just not sure in which area of Southern MD yet. Low inventory, rates and other things are giving us pause so we’ve decided on some things but trying to be patient about others.

People should look into the statistics for Domestic Violence in that county alone. Plus cops aren't motivated to assist the general public unless you've got a lot of money. The PD&FD run a lot on donations and good old boys club mentality. The worst place I have ever lived
