Hello! I'm the artist from "Into the Lithoplex". Thank you so much for the review! This is our very first attempt at making content for a TTRPG (in a public, actually presentable format), and this is a HUGE encouragement! Specially because couple weeks ago I was actually watching several of your other OSR reviews to get ideas for the art and maps! Specially after the Mausritter one I went to my team and was like "LOOK how freaking fancy this modules are!! We have to push the art well into the realm of the unnecessary if we want any show up on anybody's radar!" Again, many thanks for the review of our module, and for all the awesome info on so many other games and adventures; there are so many that is really hard to keep track of everyting! [And your background music selection is god-tear, Chronotrigger for the win]

This was my first time participating in a game jam and writing an adventure. More than doing it or getting ranked, the best part was seeing and learning from all the unique ideas and their own take on voicing and expressing things. I was able to read, rate and review 45 of them and I didn’t come across a single one that wasn’t going to provide a worthwhile experience at the table.

Yeah, these game jams are a delight!!

Nice adventures. I like the look of the Lithoplex. Amazing art and just a huge scope packed into 16 pages. Ankhegg looks to be the easiest to drop in but deadly and brutal. Im thinking sixth or fifth level characters in old school dnd? Though maybe a big pack of well armed fourth level characters could do it. The cheese tunnels is less my jam though I think a one-shot would be fun. I don't think I want to face the player whose character I killed with an exploding cheese wheel. Though I just noticed Dale Wensley , a call back to Mr Wensley Dale, the proprietor from the Monty Python Cheese Shop sketch. This is probably actually my jam but still a hard sell to people with precious, precious characters at risk. Oh and Wallace and Gromitz. Okay I am running this one shot.

The cheese adventure is definitely "one-shot" material, but oh what a glorious one-shot it would be. :D

Great video! I’d love to see a flip through video of OSR adventures that you think would make for good Halloween one shots.

Shouldnt there be at least one pun about cutting the cheese?... 😁

It is required of every GM who runs the adventure to add in at least one. :)
