Mia is so observant about the bent over breathing position. The resting or bent over "tripod" position is something we look at in medicine when someone needs to exchange more oxygen into their bloodstream when they're deprived of O2. Physiologically it's instinctive to go to that position because when the body is bent over the weight of the back on the lungs forces the alveoli in the lungs to expand more. It's my personal fav when catching breaths during a break. It makes you look extremely tired because you're bent over, but you're probably exchanging CO2 and 02 better in a shorter amount of time. This WOD is 🌶. Great job!

Been on the program for a few months now and loving it! These videos that come out each week are also so good, would be cool to see an intermediate/low level RX athlete demo every once in a while though, cause there’s no way I can keep up with these guys 😵💫

I did this workout and it was awful! 😂 and I went out way way to hard in the row! Then died on the burpees 😂
