I have client who is Labour Contractor. He has 22 employees, out of which he is paying PF for only 5 employees, other 17 employees are above 15,000 wages, hence we have not taken their UAN, so while generating challan when we file a PF return, there was 1 place where we need to enter details of Total number of employees - Total number of excluded employees - Gross wages of excluded employees - My question is while writing these details do we need to consider those employees as well whose UAN is not available or we need to consider only those employees whose UAN is present on the portal?
