Sir pls explain this problem in brief, a 3 phase 66/11 kv star/delta T/f is protected by merz price protection scheme, the CT's on LT side have a ratio of 420/5. find CT's ratio on HT side. You said that by default the transformation ratio is phase voltage ratio but I was told that it is the line voltage ratio, pls explain that part via this problem. Thanks for all these efforts.
