Jackson, I see many showhomes have the afternoon sun behind the house so there is shade in the front of the house in the afternoon. But I see many houses for sale (not the showhomes) have the afternoon sun in font of the houses. This is important to me as I don't like the afternoon sun in front of the house (its too hot). 1. So what is the facing of the house to get the afternoon sun behind the house? 2. Is there a house with some side land space like a Semi-D or end unit super link at around $700K that is not in a flood area?

Hi Boss, nowadays most of the houses are North-South Orientation which mean the sunrise and sunset wont direct facing the house (if intermediate, for corner lot will have 2 facing as beside house no more other neighbour) 2. For house like Semi-D in Cyberjaya selling around 1.3m above. I do have Corner lot in Kota Warisan area selling RM700-800k with 10ft extra land at side. Or the M Senyum (selling RM525k onwards) with extra land at the back of house around 8-10ft, very big space 👍 No worries not flood area~ Can call / whatsapp me 016-9376587
