@Kenn Brinkman all the time. When a puck goes off your bets are completely hedged. You can't lose unless obviously a 7 or 11 rolls on the come out with the don't pass. You want your place bets to hit because they're hedged with the don't come bet. These bets should always be on in this strategy.

This will be my go to system come later in Dec when I go to Vegas. I’ll do El Toro style, however, and I’ll mix in a hedge where I’ll win either way on the number whether 7 or the place number hits.....and not limit to 3 points that way you won’t limit yourself on long rolls. I also plan to mix in place bets on come out to equal the DC and martingale accordingly. I’m excited to try this. We will see what a 10k br will do. At 13:15 I would move the place under the point(6) not the 5 according to 36fullpress. You make $ off hitting points so hitting the 5 would pay better but as you stated the 6 is more common. So on a 4/10 if $30 DC place $20-25 and you win either way. Obviously the bigger the DC the better the hedge opportunity to win no matter what. You made $69 in less than 15 mins and weren’t hitting much......that’s not terrible considering, but that’s why I plan to keep it open to hitting points and not limit to 3.

Like you said, if they casino sees you're hedging, you're probably not going to get much. It's an interesting strategy, but you'd likely be more successful building comps by pressing your winnings and increasing your bets on house money

I also feel it’s best to remove the outermost place/buy bet after one of the three points are hit (which moves to the DC). I think 36FullPress removes the original point (puck), regardless of which number it is.
@ColorUp5 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I wasn’t clear about that exactly, but having lowest probability number as the losing number seems beneficial.
@quark120005 жыл бұрын
I have a specific question. Say you have points on the DP and 2 DC's and have your 3 place bets out. The shooter hits their point. You lose your DP and win on the place bet on the point. On the come-out the DC's are always working and you have your place bets working. You put out $30 for a new DP. If either of the established DC points hit you lose the DC, but get paid for the place bet and that number becomes the shooter's new point. You then put out a new DC and try to get another point, to make 3. On that come-out an eleven, of course, is an automatic loss of $30 on the DP, but the seven also loses $30 (the DP and the two place numbers). If you would move one of those place numbers down and use that for the DP the seven couldn't hurt you (DC's would win and remaining place and DP would lose), it would be a push. What do you think? By the way, love your videos and thanks for using one of Sam Grafstein's methods. Warms this old-timer's heart.

Samuel, I play it the way you typically do so I make $$ on the short rolls. The other tweak I make, and it would be applicable to Jeremy's explanation when he opens the strategy is this ... if the 1st come out roll is an 8 for example, then we have a DP on 8 and we put a DC up. Jeremy suggested a 4 is rolled and then he placed the 4. I leave the least likely point to roll without a place bet in front, in this case the 4, and I would place the 8 since it comes more times than the 4. FullPress would call this the Blender placing the point but it's really just placing the numbers which can come more frequently than at least one of them based on random rolls. I see Jeremy added this as his own tweak at approx 13:20 into the video. Nice.

One of my very favorite strategies. I've won quite a bit of money on this. Great strategy if you have a decent sized bankroll, but don't want to lose it all. The bad rolls are the 7 and 11 on the comeout roll and the 11 on the Don't Come or the point on the first Don't Come. If you hit the point on the 2nd Don't Come, usually you are going to make it up in the end.

What I don't understand is why you wouldn't put a place bet on the point right after the come out roll. You could easily hit the point before you can get all three of your DC places established. Then you are just easily losing money. Especially if it is the 6 or 8.
@ColorUp5 жыл бұрын
True, but if you place the point and make a DC bet, you now have 3 units at risk if the seven rolls and only two units to win. So the risk is on most probable number = 7, By not placing the point right away and making a DC bet, the losing number or risk is on the point number which even if 6 or 8 is still less probable than the 7
@robertallen10855 жыл бұрын
If I played this way, I wouldn't 100% hedge all the dont's. $30 hedge on the 6/8, but $25 hedge on the 5/9, and $20 hedge on the 4/10. A seven-out would then bring in some profit, plus the less hedge money you put on the table, the more you increase your potential winnings.

Robert Allen first thing I’m a rube who likes dice. So I know enough to be dangerous. Does it make sense to bet both pass/don’t on the come out then start your don’t comes? CYA against a hot shooter. The reason 36fullpress doesn’t tell you to hedge the Yo 11 is because it has 3 out of 36 combinations on the dice and you have a built it counterbalance edge with the 3 which also has 3 ways of winning for you. Plus you have the 2 also that’s wins for you so that is a small built in win edge for you. Again the 11, 3, and 2 have such low chances of rolling so he is not considered about it.

When a point is established, make a $35 Don’t Come bet. At higher values it becomes easier to create a guaranteed profit on the point or a 7. Say you put 100 on the dont's. On the 4 buy for 70. Point hit wins 40, 7 out wins 30. On the 5 place 80, point wins 12, 7 out wins 20, on the 6 place 90, point wins 5, 7 wins 10. Obviously this does put 100 dollars at risk sometimes but you won't push on the 7 out.

Your on the right track, and I have tweaked his system that does that and more. If you want to keep the 7 strong or nullified so it can’t kill you on the Come Out roll and the Second roll too, then do this variation, and compare the two. At a $5 or $10 table with 10x odds you have to bet $10 Pass line and also $10 Don’t Pass line. At a $5 or $10 table with 3x, 4x, 5x odds you will have to bet $15 Pass line and also $15 Don’t Pass line. Only thing that kills you is the 12. ALL other numbers are nullified! If the point is 6 then make a $35 Don’t Come bet. Now protect that bet by laying odds against the point on the Don’t Pass line by bridging or healing with $42 odds against the six. Back to back repeat numbers kill you. The Yo 11 also kills you, however the 3 & 2 win, so that is an offset and small edge win for you. After the second roll. The $35 Don’t Come becomes a No number. Your then hedge against that No number with a $30 place bet (or $25-$30 buy bet w 4 or 10) on the opposite side of the No number, A N D You take down your odds against the point leaving both line bets a push as they were in the beginning. If you want more numbers then go though the DC again with odds against the point protecting it. There are a few extra variations on doing that too but I’m not wanting to write a book here. Instead subscribe my channel, and we can continue.

Hey Jeremy, Going to Vegas for Christmas and you are being very helpful! Question: why do you only buy the 4 and 10 place bets? Because of a good payout that you want to optimize? Why not buy the other place bets? Thanks!
@ColorUp3 жыл бұрын
Good luck and have fun in Vegas! Yeah, the 6/8 never makes mathematical sense to buy and the 5/9 is rare when the vig collected on win only, and that would be only time worth buying. Here is a video about it kzbin.info/www/bejne/p4PWkox_n5KWncU

What’s the casino edge for this strategy?
@ColorUp5 жыл бұрын
Each bet is individual so there really isn't a combined house edge for a strategy, even when one bet hedges another. The don't pass/come bet is 1.36% and the place/buy bets range from 1.52% - 4%
@donaldshaver89264 жыл бұрын
combining bets don't lower the total edge. The lowest edge possible on a combined bet is the lowest edge on the lowest single bet. I.e if you have 3 bets with 1.41%, 1.36% and 1.57% edges, the lowest the HE can get is 1.41%. If you could lower the house edge by combining bets, the edge wouldn't be real, it could be defeated. It can never be defeated completely (except on BJ w/ perfect BS and perfect Card counting).

why wouldn't you place the 30$ on the point right off to hedge the point? then do a don't come?
@SkillandLuckCRAPS4 жыл бұрын
The answer is Because he is wanting to get the player another number instead of just one There is nothing wrong with having the point hedged like that for one number only if that’s what you want. Again he is showing you how to get 3 numbers hedged.

It is interesting, but if you are looking for any kind of profit, you would have to scale it up to at least $90. Which would be up to $540 on table at a time .. $1000 buy in.

@sabot6drebel4185 жыл бұрын
You'd have more profitability though if you keep going passed the 3 points. 3 is just as common as 11 and you add in paid on 2 so you shouldn't be scared of yo's taking out your DC. I've used this strategy and found that if I keep going but press the place 1 unit each time I profit more and it seems easier for the dealers.

This would get the job done on a $25 table
@MS-ef1gy5 жыл бұрын
On any successful 6/8 DC bet my hedging place bet would be $30 such that you get paid $5 on a 7, and push on the 6/8 point...also the 11 really didn't hurt you as you win on a 2 or 3 don't bet which covers the 11 over time...
@TheUnknown17092 жыл бұрын
Nice lost a little last night, a lot of 7 outs for pushes and hard to setup... so I was thinking two adjustments, on a 25$ table $25 don'ts always place the 6/8 for $24 which pays $28 =>+$3 but on a out +$1 instead of even 5/9 $20=>+$3 / $5 out 4/10B 20$=>$13 / $5 out -- that way you are winning on both sides and not just pushing, the holes are the same yo's and the point. Which is the second part, why not cover the closest in regardless if it is the point or not ... so point 6, place the DC, 4 now cover the 6 over the 4 so your holes are 11/4 not 11/6?
@jefferyperkins46684 жыл бұрын
Why only three numbers. When you hit a number why play another don’t come? You could have the all the numbers covered.

This video should be titled....how to piss off the dealers at a craps table 101. Not to mention, the whole risk of the Don’t is the come out. You are giving up the huge odds that are now in your favor.
@ttowndriver33125 жыл бұрын
Just tried this very quickly online. My mod - on the comeout I bet both Pass/Don't Pass. Then a Don't Come - DC1 - with odds behind Don't Pass for a hedge. After DC1, leave it uncovered for the next don't bet, taking the odds bet off the DC. Assumption is being less likely to throw back to back points. Then after that DC2 roll, I hedge the previously uncovered DC1. Then roll DC3 with uncovered DC2 for your hedge. More appropriate to call it the Three Point Grinder, although there is no real reason to let up and stop at your third Don't. If you made your point you have a covered 4 or 10, just unhedge and bet a Don't Pass. You've hedged rolling a 7 on the comeout with the 4 instead of having to make the Pass bet. . Also, again ONLINE, running real money - not simulation- points average less than 4 rolls. If I'm into 5th or 6th roll, now I can gamble and take the hedges off the outside points. I'm a rube but thick-skinned, so your critique is welcome.just tried it very quickly online. mod - comeout on pass/don't pass. Then a Don't Come with odds behind Don't Pass for a hedge. If you place 25 on the 4,5,9,10 instead of 30 you win money on the 7 too

Press wants to maximize the right side only. To me that can be a mistake. If the player bets $35 instead of $30 Then it changes everything for the better. The 7 is now making money instead of pushing. If I have the choice between the 6 making me $5 and the 7 is a push vs the 7 making me $5 w the 6 as a push then I will pick the 7 every time. My response to yours is It’s a balance of whatever the player wants to have You can make the 7 strong or stronger. You can have a mid balance between them Or You can have the right side strong or stronger (w the 4, 5, 9, or 10).

I did really well with this strategy on craps simulator on wizardofodds.com, but in real life i got wiped out twice. Had fun doing it cuz there is a lot of action on moving stuff around but I ran it all the way to zero to test. I found losing on come out to a 7 or 11 was too much to overcome on just making a few $ on the wins. 36fullpress says this is a good strategy for new peeps but this is pretty hard to follow in a live table in my opinion.

Wouldn't placing the 4, 5, 9, 10 for $25 mean that you win no matter what? Roll a 4 or 10 get 50, but on a roll of 7, you lose 25 but get paid 30. Roll 5 or 9 and get 35, but on a 7 you get paid 30. Only the 6 and 8 have to be placed at 30. Roll 6 or 8 get 35, roll 7 and wash out.
