3 Posca Paint Pen Projects | Easy Paint Marker Crafts

Hey Everyone! Today I am doing a crafty video, showing 3 ideas I came up with for using my new Posca Paint Pens. These are a little pricey, but if you love to craft, draw, decorate, I think they are definitely worth it! I decided to start with decorating some simple things that’s I have already done before since this is my first time using them. I tried out a little paper mache box that I picked up from the dollar store, a couple rocks (highly requested rock painting returns haha!), and some shrink plastic (shrink dinks) to make MORE diy pins.

I hope you guys enjoyed this video and it gave you some ideas if you already have these paint pens, or if you don’t already have them, maybe now you’ll want them (sorry! lol). There are TONS more surfaces and projects you can do with these, so if you guys want me to do a second video with even more ideas, let me know.

Posca pens are water-solueble (idk how that is spelled) so you can blend them. Good luck with further Exploring!

Here in the UK we hide painted rocks outdoors for other people to find and keep, if they want to. ☺️ Our girls love looking for them when we go on walks! We also make them and hide them for other people to find. 😃 Sometimes there’s a kind or positive thought written on the other side.

Moriah!!! Have you even heard of painting rock hiding groups? They paint rocks and hide them in their cities for others to find. I used to live in Florida and the group there was 850 Rocks (850 is the area code). That’s what you do with painted rocks!

The rocks make me think of something that my twin and I use to do. We painted rocks with chalk! I will tell you how to do it if you ever want to try it out. (Preferably done outside) MATERIALS: Paint brush(es), Chalk (any kind, doesn't matter), a bowl or bucket, rock(s), and water. Step 1: Take the bucket and fill it up with water (Doesn't need to be fully filled) Step 2: Take a piece of chalk and rub it on the cement, make sure it leaves some of the dust behind Step 3: Dip your paint brush in water, and mix it with the chalk that you placed on the cement, repeat putting the paint brush in water and mixing it until the chalk looks paint like (It can have small chunks of the chalk in it) Step 4: Use the same paint brush, and start painting on the rock Step 5: Once you are done painting on the rock, set it in the sun, to dry. Drying time shouldn't take very long, at least 30 minutes or more Now you have a rock, just know that the chalk can and will come off, so it's more like an outdoor decoration. Keep in mind that I did this when I was probably 7, and I'm 13 now so I haven't done this in awhile. Saying that I'm young, the rock isn't gonna be like a Mona Lisa kind of painting, just a fun pattern like thing. Hope you try this out Moriah!
