Brad, Planks are very good for the whole core ,spinal, abs, legs,chest, arms. You gotta hold for one minute in the plank position supported on the elbows doing three repetitions three times a week, it gives a lot of strenght ,it buns fat almost instantly that physical exercise is very yogic.

Brad thank you so much for explaining and doing this exercise for us. A question ❓ If we are having respiratory problems like a Cold or stuffy nose should we keep doing the exercises as a routine or do you recommend to not doing those during the respiratory issues presence? I ask because I tried to do the Pranayama technique while I was with a cold sometime ago and my symptoms got worse, I developed a fever that I didn't have before with a lot of shivering. Thanks so much again for the video I was confused with which respiration name was and for what purpose.
