Only if ur church meeting starts at reasonable time. Most denominations insist on starting too early to make nice breakfasts. Esp with smaller children/babies, afternoon meetings are ideal. They nap and can stay in meeting no problem. But later meeting times also allow family time in morning. 11am seems good for a church insisting on meeting in morning. Leave house around 10:30. Get up kids at same time as a week day and you have time to take ur time on Sabbath. Now, Sabbath day - that’s a whole nother story lol I won’t be contentious here on someone else’s channel as that’s not the focus. So grateful for this calm, refreshing, wholefoods style.

If you like to step up waffles for breakfast but I do this for a dinner…I add shredded veggies in the batter, a good way to get my husband to eat veggies…..I usually make a large batch then freeze the extra and warm in my air fryer or toaster with hummus or whipped cream cheese spread on it and makes a good bread replacement for sandwiches, or as you did grilled ham. As a kid my mom made the waffles into ice cream sandwiches…..pumpkin waffles with butter pecan ice cream drizzled with warm caramel…..yum
