3 Pursuits on 3 Stolen Vehicles Yell/Pope County Arkansas State Police Troop J, Traffic Series Ep387

Cpl. S. Maness (J-15) & Sr. Cpl. S. Condley (J-8) assist Dardanelle Police pursue (3) stolen vehicles at the same time through Pope County. One of the pursuits ended near Atkins, and 2 subjects were arrested. Another at Interstate 40 near Pottsville with arrest and the last near Plummerville in Conway County on US-64 with an arrest. Items stolen out of other vehicles were recovered during search of the (3) stolen vehicles.

That pursuit was so long, I fell asleep watching. Adrenaline filled +110 mph on narrow two lane rural roads in the middle of Arkansas. Respect these officers for having to put up with these shenanigans criminals out them up to. If it wasn’t for their radios, they wouldn’t have caught up to the criminals in multiple vehicles fleeing in different directions. 👏

Me too. We all knew who they were. Mostly female officers, not every female officer, but many of them. The male 'slow responders' were well known, While I was responding to an 'officer assist' call, I even witnessed a male officer turn in behind a strip center and cut his lights off in order to be slow to the call. We all knew them.

Condley wasn't PRIMARY or SECONDARY, therefore he was trailing 1/4-1/2 mile behind. The other units had it cleared for him to trail behind. I see no fault whatsoever with his driving in the pursuit. ALSO, need not I mention his title is Sr. Corporal - hence been out there a long time... I 'betcha him and Maness have been working a long time together. Maness had a SECONDARY unit with him. They had it.

@@NaturalStateTransparency 1. A secondary unit from Russellville, a city several miles back, that was getting farther and farther from home and 2. No increased effort to close the gap even when the primary said he was running low on gas. In the end, if their all happy, that's all that matters. Thanks for the discussion.

Saw a video where a Mayflower unit put spikes out to stop a dually and they broke when ran over. The trooper couldn’t get it out of the way before the strips wiped out 5 chase units. That was terrible

The lead unit then says you need to get up here im close to low fuel and Condley proceeds to slow from 115-120 to 100 to 110.. 114 max. And then says I was trying to catch up to y'all

My son’s car was stolen at a valet station at a restaurant in St Paul and a week later an officer pulled it over driven by a juvenile with his friends. This juvenile was on probation for stealing cars and still had all his paperwork in the backseat from court. Being a juvenile, he got another slap on the wrist. The restaurant no longer leaves the keys in cars they valet.
