When I make stuffed peppers I take off the tops of the peppers and dice up around the stem with half an onion and sauté. One soften I take the dices mixture and put in a mixing bowl. Then I cut the peppers in half and spritz with oil salt and pepper and place in sauté pan on medium low and let them soften. Then I add 10 oz ground meat and egg a clove or two of garlic and some taco or some other similar seasoning about a teaspoon Salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons tomato sauce. Then I add the raw meat mixture to the 4 pepper halves and bake in the oven at 375 for 15 or 20 minutes. Then I sauté and another clove or two of garlic in oil until fragrant then add a teaspoon seasoning and monk fruit sweetener and remaining 8 oz can of tomato sauce stir until combined and a little thicken. Some times I mount sauce with a pat of butter to make the sauce silky. But could skip that. After 15 minutes or so spoon sauce over the peppers and a sprinkling of cheese and put back in the oven for a few minutes until melted. Spoon remaining sauce over peppers on the plate. It’s really good and could very low point depending on the meat

Thank you for these! You're one of the realest creators I've seen and I appreciate how approachable your content is! I'd love to see your take on more Asian-inspired recipes - maybe some sushi or a healthier version of ramen?

Thank you for sharing these delicious recipes!! Idk if you’ve mentioned this, but I was curious if Trevor cooks his own meals? If I lived with someone like you guys who are always cooking yummy stuff…I’d want to eat it 😂
@NikkiGetsFit10 ай бұрын
😂 he is a pretty picky eater but sometimes eats some of the ingredients when I make meals like turkey burgers or two ingredient dough! A lot of the time he cooks his own food when we cook ours!

Why do you count calories. I thought WW had all that figured out counting points. Please let me know. I’m confused.
@marilynwelther582310 ай бұрын
Everyone watching does not follow WW so provides calories for that reason.
@conniejoosten462710 ай бұрын
I also appreciate that she most times says the carbs too. Not everyone does WW but we can still enjoy her videos
Hi Nikki! I’ve been watching your videos since last year some time. I really appreciate and enjoy your content. However, I find myself not watching the cooking videos. Only because it’s a bit much hearing everything you are going to make and all the products and then watching you do it. A few days ago I watched one of your old videos. It was great!!! You did a voice-over and then gave your opinion afterwards. Is there a reason you changed your method? Either way, thanks for the great content! 😊
