Tiffani….here’s a hack when doling out honey in a recipe: spray the measuring spoon wth vegetable spray(your AS will work perfectly) and the honey will slip right out wth no sticky residue left behind.

Spray your measuring spoon before measuring honey, it’ll slide right out. Or put your jar on a scale and add by weight…no dirtying spoons at all! Great video today, appreciate the inspiration and the tips. If you use silicone liners, they (egg cups) won’t get crunchy even with cheese mixed in.

Love doing chicken in the air fryer. We have a ninja so it’s a pressure cooker and air fryer. I first rinse off the outside and take a lemon, onion, garlic and fresh rosemary and put it in the cavity. Roughly chop onion and smash garlic. Herbs can be added. Squeeze the lemon juice in the cavity and add the remaining lemon inside. Lightly season the outside with salt and pepper. Than I pressure cook for about 27 minutes may need less or more depending on the weight of the chicken. After the pressure cooker is done- release steam and take a melted stick of butter pour over top of chicken dust with paprika and air fryer for about 12 minutes to the desired texture of the skin! It comes out flavorful and juicy! ❤. Hope y’all have a wonderful Sunday!

Have been wanting to make something with lemon 🍋 so refreshing! So I’ll try the energy balls which usually do more chocolatey. Also date balls made with oats/dates etc. Try dates! Super healthy too and curbs a sweet too just eating one or two. 👍

I follow Jenna Collin’s fitness videos on KZbin - Wall Pilates and Ab videos. They are the best. I do CrossFit, body building, and run 1 mile everyday or 7 miles a week. I am trying to eat high protein, veggies and fruits. I started taking creatine. We got rid of snacks in our household a few months ago. Everyone just eats fruits and veggies in between meals. I also started being more mindful of my calorie intake and not cooking with oils and avoiding products with oil. Thanks for the cooking/food inspiration. Most days we eat chicken, sweet potatoes, carrots, raw veggies, fresh fruit, salmon, eggs, salsa, avocados.

Tiffani, you can get good quality frozen fruit at the Dollar Tree! I’ve been buying my FF from the DT for the past five years. I can’t taste a difference in my smoothies and I save a bunch!

Freeze dried fruit and dehydrated fruit are VERY different- a freeze dryer is like $4000 - that’s why the freeze dried fruit is so expensive

Does your air fryer have a dehydrator setting? Mine does so I didn’t know if yours would or not. You would probably love the dehydrator because you can even make your own fruit roll ups out of fruit and obviously it’s more natural than store-bought stuff especially when you know what’s in it
