Thank you. Can you tell us how to improve an AI chatbot while operating it? Over time, the number of internal users drops significantly. What can I do to prevent this?

Great question. While this will depend on the details of the use case, here are two ideas. 1) integrate a feedback system in the UI (e.g. thumbs up or down) which can be used for model fine-tuning. 2) define other performance metrics e.g. time on page, number of queries, etc. and optimize the system around those.
