If you haven’t got your winch yet, FYI take your time on the installation, put some painters tape on both ends of the winch when you mount it so it doesn’t get scratched the 10 S Zion is super tight fitting, I also advise getting 3/8 inch flex head ratchet with a long narrow handle The more narrow the handle the better, and if you can find an 18 mm medium length socket in other words too long of a socket won’t fit in there and too short of a socket won’t reach the threads once you start screwing it in, I found some at Lowe’s where they sell craftsman tools in the 3/8 sizeuand make sure you have a few different length extensions if not some real long ones because mounting the inside bolts to the frame are a nightmare getting in there and if you’re getting the warn mounting plate, it’s very hard to get the bolts through the front to mount the fairlead, and it’s not a structural integrity area so what I did was where the bolts would go through to the fairlead I drilled those out so I could bolt the fairlead onto the bumper before mounting the bumper this way you can lift all of it up and slide into the holes of the frame and when it slides flush to them whinch plate the bolt heads will go through the holes that you widened otherwise it’s a nightmare and it will be much easier to service in the future if this makes any sense, and if you’re doing it yourself just take lots of breaks walk away from it because it is frustrating but it is doable just take your time buddy. 👍

Another reason, to note, why the OEM factory Mopar hoop is the best choice is because its design height was intentional in order to not obstruct the front factory trail cam.
