Ur vds are vry different from others toppers to be honest 😅. Infact u r the only one (for me) who told abt those few practical techniques to keep a positive mindset despite every hurdles (never heard all of these from any medical toppers(UG/PG) )... They simply tells us the tips nd tricks to crack the exams ..bt during these drop yrs (neet UG) I realised what matters the most is a positive attitude at any situation...coz finally I came to know that my hardwork goes into trash bin with negative mindset which is actually conditioned by our parents, relatives from our childhood. Sometimes it's vry hard to focus ..Infact no one talks abt the importance of all these approaches in life. But since last 1-2 months I'm trying my vry best to work on my mind nd mental heath nd it's really vry helpful to regain my concerntration power. Glad to get ur channel sir 🙏🙏🙏
