#3 Reconditionare Motor Buggy Xinling 250 CN250

This video has been of great help to me, I must say that in the last few days I have taken apart 2 engines and I have realized something, I hope to be of help to someone else. In the video, the timing chain tensioner was missing to be installed, it goes on the opposite side of the other chain tensioner, a circlip was missing to be installed on the water pump rod and the filter basket is installed in reverse. Surely everything was done correctly, but there are times when due to editing we are no longer able to show everything. Where's the timing marks on the crank to line up with the camshaft cuz I'm confused with what you was showing at the end of the video cuz it doesn't look like what I'm trying to line up and I know they have to be lined up so it'll start on the one

It looks like you forgot the timing chain guide that goes opposite the tensioner? It rests in a channel between the cylinder and the head.

Piesele se găsesc pentru motor cn250 sau ch 250 parca, problema e cu piesele de la cutie nu se găsesc si daca le găsești durează foarte mult sa le trimită

En la tapa de las válvulas están los ajustadores. Hay que calibrarlos.

Cómo le puedo calibrar las válvulas

Primero revisar las condiciones de válvulas, no dobladas o atascadas por carbón. Y para calibrar, en la tapa de válvulas están los ajustadores, dejarlos al centro y si es necesario mover poco a poco según lo pida el motor, vas a escuchar un Tictac, la idea es que quede ajustada en donde comienza a perderse ese sonido.
