Coach I've been getting better with my football routes and iq but when I'm in a game I just freak out and run the route can you give me some tips?

Yeah I think that really comes down to a pre snap process. Just understanding why you run a route a certain way. That can be determined by looking at the DBs leverage, how far he is and then basing that off of your route
