They only asked my wife and I met. We told them middle school. Got approved, smoked a blunt on the way home, one year and a half later she was pregnant , we were automatically approved for the second interview for the permanent green card and it was a good think because the baby came out black! As with so much in the law, it depends. If someone can answer shortly, they should. If they need a deeper answer, then do that. But generally shorter is better. Jim

I hired a very good attorney here in California but while he was filing for me he really didn't ask for much evidence he just said my wife and I should have good evidence ready before we're called for interview, this was last year's March. After filing I was asked for RFE for Co sponsor and we gave them. Every since, we've been waiting for our interview, what could be the issue please help? I got my EAD 2 months after filing.
