Yes they did gave my ex husband 10 year green card right away .we got married believing to have a life together but after getting his green card on 2019 and aprroval for his children he left me for another woman file divorce and ask 10,000 for settlement to sign the divorce papers and found out that the notice of withdrawal i sent to his lawyer to forward to uscis and visa center and they said it was already I gave was already forwarded on last year but it goes to my attention that it wasn’t terminated at all . She came to the US with me in 1971 and went through the LEGAL processes that were established for IR-1 status (Spousal Immigrant). She is also required by law to renew her Green Card every 10 years and satisfy USCIS that she lives as one would expect from a citizen or good neighbor. When I lived in Japan, and/or visited other countries over the years, I obeyed the laws of those countries and recognized that I was a guest expected to respect my hosts. If she had to obey US law in order to live with me in this country, lemme tell ya young fella - We don''t have a lot of sympathy for folks who wanna "jump the fence". There is nothing Mr. Trump has said or done that is "anti-immigration".
