Yeah, a game like that would be perfectly legal grounds for Viacom to sue, if they felt like enforcing their copyright. It does _not_ fall under fair use law as parody, because it has to actually lampoon, analyze, and criticize the original work to be considered parody. This game doesn't do any of those things and just happens to use copyrighted characters and voice clips in it, so Viacom could totally sue for damages if they wanted (really hope they don't, though, since the game is really good). I'm glad the developer was proactive enough to put the disclaimers in, even if it isn't a magic bullet to prevent lawsuits.
