Aye bro. If you want to make some easy money make some throwing programs. Like over a 12 week timeframe throw together a set of things for someone to do in throwing practice. The current market is horrendous

so the first drill you showed, the ez bar, I've been using a 25lb plate. Im a highland games thrower, and one of the throws we do is Braemar, a standing throw with a 20lb rock. Thoughts? I typically do the 2nd drill with a med ball

@aedigitalmarketing8307 that would be a great drill since the shot is heavier! A 25 would certainly be harder. I would probably have a hard time with the stabilization.
