FloTrack took a short ride over to Myers Stadium on the campus of the University of Texas in Austin to watch UT throwers Elena Bruckner and Tripp Piperi, as well as pro discus thrower Val Allman, workout with coach Zeb Sion.

Not sure what you mean. She seams to be working toward a more solid post with her left leg and a non- or partial reverse. The three medal winners at the last World Championship throw that way.

I was always jealous of the field guys, their workouts were hanging out in the weight room and throwing stuff. Ours was 10 x 400M @ 58 sec pace....with never enough rest in between them.

They should throw the shotput like a baseball in the Olympics. You get only 1 try because your arm will be gone but you will set a world record. ☄️
