I found Frenchie Pullups useful too. Dead hang 2 seconds, hold half way up for 2, hold at the top for 2, and hold half way down for 2 ... repeat. Very popular amongst climbers for static strength in all positions.

We were told the PJFA was in for January. It seems to have stalled and we are waiting on what is going on mate.
